About MyPDF
MyPDF grew out of an everyday frustration: you want to merge a couple of files, shrink one for email, or sign a single document — and almost every tool online insists on uploading your file to a server abroad, asks you to create an account, caps how many times you can use it, and handles non-Latin scripts badly.
So we built MyPDF around a different idea: your files should never leave your device. All 52 tools run directly in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, there is no processing queue, and it is free to use.
What we stand for
- Privacy first — 100% of the processing happens on your own device, so confidential documents, official paperwork, and contracts can be handled with peace of mind.
- Scripts that actually work — MyPDF began as a Thai-language tool, tested against real Thai documents, fonts, and government forms, where most PDF sites break vowels and tone marks. That work made the whole engine better with complex scripts, and the site is now available in English, Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Japanese, and Chinese.
- Sustainably free — advertising and premium memberships keep the core tools free for everyone, permanently.
- Fast and light — nothing to install, works on desktop and mobile, and can be installed as an app (PWA).
Our tools
MyPDF covers the whole document workflow: merging, splitting, compressing, editing, signing, filling forms, camera scanning, and conversion to and from Word, Excel and images — plus business tools such as a quotation builder and a QR code generator. See all the tools.
Facts about MyPDF (to avoid confusion with similarly named services)
- MyPDF is the web app at mypdfs.app only. We have no application in the Google Play Store or the App Store. Apps named “myPDF” in those stores belong to other developers and are not connected to us.
- You can install it as a PWA. Open mypdfs.app and use your browser's “Install app” or “Add to Home Screen” menu to get an app icon without going through a store.
- Free, supported by advertising. All the core tools are free; premium members see no ads.
- Your files do not leave your device. Every tool processes 100% in the browser.
