By using the MyPDFs.app website (“the website”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms of service. If you do not accept any part of these terms, please stop using the website.
1. Nature of the service
MyPDF provides document tools that run in your web browser — merging, splitting, compressing, converting, editing, signing, and many others. All processing happens on the user's own device (client-side). Your files are never sent to our servers.
2. Acceptable use
- You must own the files you use with our tools, or otherwise have the legal right to handle them.
- You must not use our tools to infringe copyright, forge documents, circumvent other people's document protection measures, or carry out any other unlawful activity.
- The unlock and watermark-removal tools are intended only for files you own or are authorised to modify.
3. Member accounts and premium plans
Most of the service is free and requires no account. For premium members, the benefits are those set out on the plan page at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to revise plan details, with any change taking effect from the following billing cycle.
4. Limitation of liability
- The entire service is provided “AS IS”, without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied.
- We are not liable for file corruption, data loss, or any other damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service — please always keep a backup of your original files before using the tools.
- The downloadable document templates are examples provided for convenience only. Users should check that a template is legally correct and appropriate for their own situation before relying on it. These documents do not constitute legal advice.
5. Intellectual property
The code, design, content, and marks on this website are the property of MyPDF. They may not be copied, adapted, or re-offered as a commercial service without written permission. The files you process through the tools remain entirely your own property.
6. Advertising
The website displays advertising from third-party vendors (such as Google AdSense) to help cover the cost of providing the service for free. Details of advertising cookies are set out in our Privacy Policy.
7. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The current version is always shown on this page together with its revision date. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the revised terms.
