Welcome to MyPDFs.app (referred to below as “our website”). We take our users' privacy extremely seriously. This privacy policy explains what kinds of information we collect, how that information is used, and the measures that protect it when you use our website.
1. Document processing and privacy by design
MyPDFs.app works entirely through client-side processing — that is, processing inside your own browser.
- No file uploads: Any PDF or other file you use on the website is processed directly on your own computer or device, through your web browser.
- No file storage: Our website has no file storage system, makes no backups, and never transmits your documents to any external server. Your files stay safely on your own device and nowhere else.
2. General information we collect (log files)
Like most standard websites, MyPDFs.app keeps visit logs. These records include your IP address, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), the date and time of your visit, and the referring and exit pages.
This information is not linked to any personally identifiable information about you. It is used only to analyse usage trends, administer the website, and compile aggregate demographic statistics.
3. Cookies and tracking technologies
Our website uses cookies to remember your preferences and record details of how you reach and browse our pages, so that we can improve your experience — for example, remembering the colour theme you picked, the language you use, and your sign-in status if you are a member.
4. Google AdSense advertising
Our website displays advertising supplied by Google AdSense, a third-party vendor. The following terms apply:
- Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on MyPDFs.app.
- Google's advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visits to this site and other sites across the internet.

5. Member account information (if you register)
If you choose to register or sign in, we store only your email address and the information needed to provide your membership status. We do not sell, trade, or pass your personal information on to third parties.
Deleting your data
Members can delete their account and all linked data themselves from the account menu (top right) → "Delete my account & data", or on the data deletion page. You can cancel within 24 hours of the request; after that your account, saved signatures, résumé data, short links, payment records, messages to our team, ratings and usage stats tied to that browser are deleted automatically within 7 days, and we notify you by email.
If you have not registered, the only data we hold is anonymous usage stats, ratings and chat messages tied to a random browser ID, which you can delete instantly on the data deletion page (open it in the same browser you used). For help, contact contact@mypdfs.app.

We may revise this privacy policy from time to time as appropriate. Any change will be signalled by the updated date shown at the top of this page. We encourage you to check this page regularly so that you are aware of any changes.
